This anchoring device is designed for easy installation by securely tightening the 3 m belt using the ratchet mechanism.
The winch can then be effortlessly positioned at a comfortable working height by attaching its hooks to the square openings of the anchoring's swivel plate, ensuring automatic alignment with the load. It is suitable for use with trees or poles ranging from 30 cm to 90 cm in diameter and includes a durable 5 cm by 3 m strap.
Compatible with the following winch models: PCW3000-Li, PCW3000, PCW4000, PCW4500, PCW5000, and PCW5000-HS.

I bought this anchor system. Love it!!!! Light weight, easy to install, has side by side swing for more pulling angles. I use this more than just the straps. Prevents the winch from tipping, dropping or other unwanted winch movement. A must have tool.

The tree anchor is an improvement over anchoring to trees with a webbing strap. It's better to have the winch up off the ground a bit, allowing for easier operation, and it keeps the winch from bouncing around so much (which has to be better for the unit).
I have also used the trailer hitch mount, which is also an improvement over the webbing strap. If there is a tree to anchor to, I'll use the tree mount, and use the trailer hitch anchor otherwise.
I use the winch for logging on my own property and have been a satisfied owner for 10 years now.

Ratchet teeth wear out from taking the load. Set up occasionally requires you to prop up the machine to avoid shutting off from being out of level. Basically need to wedge the machine up if you are winching up hill and it will do a number on your ratchet teeth.

We pull logs and slash all day every day in the steep hills of Colorado. This anchoring system helps keep your winch from bouncing all over the place. Use the webbing that comes with your winch first, then buy this and truly appreciate the difference. It’s much beefier than I was expecting too! Definitely won’t fail, 5 stars!

I am into small scale timber salvage. This anchor system saves me time and saves my back. I can position or reposition the mount in minutes with very little effort compared to trying to line everything up with just a tree strap. I don't have to worry about getting the angle just right or the winch being pulled over on its side. This system totally complements a great winch and makes life good. No regrets buying this unit at all.

It is useful and I am glad that I bought it, but the winch flops around on what seems to me to be a platform that is too small and a bit off the winch's center of balance
Thank you Christopher for taking the time to share your comments. May we suggest you use a pulley to deviate the rope? It looks like the winch is taking all the bouncing from the load. This can easily be avoided by using a pulley somewhere in your setup; the pulley will then take most of the bouncing effect and the winch will be more stable. I hope this will help!

The mount makes it easy to keep the wench off the ground. This also helps keep the ropes from getting small twigs and small branches caught and pulled onto the drum.

I use the tree mount to pull logs out of the woods when I am hobby logging on my forest plot. The tree-mount anchoring system is a real game changer. I would unreservedly recommend it.

I have owned my portable winch for years, and it has helped me out of jams and also assisted me in building several hunting blinds over the years. I wish i would have had the tree mount anchoring system back then it would have assisted in making things easier. In the past year it has assisted me with moving large gates up steep 70 and 80 degree inclines that i wasn't able to carry them up, it was also helpful in getting large pallet up and down inclines to build a fence. Although i don't use it everyday or month when i do use my winch it helps save my body from unneeded wear and tear.
